Welcome to Vegas print for Less (the “Site”). By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, including ordering products through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Modifications to Terms

Vegas Print For Less may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. You are responsible for reviewing Terms & Conditions regularly.

If you do not agree to updated terms, you must notify us in writing and stop using the Site. Your account will be deactivated, but you remain responsible for any outstanding balances and orders already in production.

2. Electronic Communication

By using the Site, you consent to receive all communications electronically, including legal notices. Communications may be posted on the Site or sent to the email you provided. You may withdraw consent by deactivating your account, but you remain responsible for all outstanding financial obligations.

3. Website Usage

We grant you a limited license to access and use the Site solely to evaluate and purchase products or services. You may not:

- Reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit content without written permission

- Modify, reverse-engineer, or copy website code

- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to extract data

- Use the Site for illegal activities or unsolicited advertising (spam)

Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.

4. Account Registration

To place orders, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login details and must notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

5. Customer Content

You may upload text, graphics, or other materials (“Customer Content”) for printed products. You represent that:

- You own or have permission to use submitted content

- It does not violate copyright, trademarks, or any laws

Prohibited content includes: unlawful, obscene, defamatory, harmful, or infringing materials; malware or code intended to damage systems.

We may reject or remove content that violates these Terms. Customer files are stored up to 30 days for reprints.

You agree to indemnify us from claims related to Customer Content.

6. Design Tools & Intellectual Property

Designs created using our website tools remain the property of Vegas Print For Lessand may be made available for other customers. You are responsible for ensuring your designs do not infringe third-party rights.

7. Production Turnaround Time

Production estimates exclude shipping time and begin only when orders are approved and production-ready.

- Same Day: Confirmed by 10:00 AM — ready end-of-day

- Next Business Day: Confirmed by 10:00 AM — ready next business day

- 2–4 Days / 5–7 Days: Completed during specified timeframes

Rush services may incur additional charges.

Delays caused by late approvals, file issues, or payment problems may extend turnaround.

8. Order Approval & Proofing

We do not automatically review or correct submitted artwork. Orders are printed exactly as supplied.

Digital proofs are available on request. It is your responsibility to review proofs for spelling, placement, resolution, and layout.

Approval is required before production begins.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before entering production. Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled or refunded. Cancellation fees may apply.

10. Payment Terms

All pricing is in USD. Orders must be paid in full at checkout unless credit terms are otherwise arranged. Declined payments may result in cancellation. Account customers must pay outstanding balances within 5 business days of invoice.

11. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines are estimates. We are not responsible for carrier delays or lost/damaged shipments after transfer to the carrier. Risk of loss passes to the customer when the order is delivered to the carrier.

12. NO Returns, Refunds & Reprints

Because products are custom-made:

All sales are final. No refunds for customer-submitted errors.

Reprints are issued only when print defects are the result of our production error.

Issues must be reported within 5 business days of delivery. Photos of defects or return of product may be required for review.

13. Color Accuracy

Exact color matching is not guaranteed due to differences in display screens vs. printing devices and print process variations.

Minor color variation is not considered a defect.

14. Limitation of Liability

The Site and products are provided “as is.” Vegas Print For Less is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of data or profits, or financial loss due to delays or errors not caused by our negligence.

Our liability will never exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vegas Print For Less from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from violations of these Terms, infringement within Customer Content, or misuse of the Site.

16. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, and all disputes shall be resolved in Nevada courts.

17. Privacy Policy

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the complete agreement between you and Vegas Print For Less regarding Site use.
